Jane Speller, Director, has over twenty years experience of design and delivery of high impact training programmes, large and small group facilitation, leadership team building and coaching. She came into the consultancy business via the therapeutic route – as a trained social worker and family therapist she originally worked with complex individual and family difficulties. As a result, she is comfortable working with important and/or difficult relational issues at depth. This combined with her senior management experience during which, in the late 1990’s, she doubled the turnover of a national conference and training business, means that she understands the challenges of working at the top from the inside – and is always focused on the bottom line.

She makes excellent relationships with people from all backgrounds and levels of seniority quickly – creating trusting learning environments in which to work on the important issues.
